The part everyone can see#

Cladding is the visible half of an insulation system and the half that decides how long the invisible half lasts. Water that gets past a badly lapped sheet does not evaporate — it sits in the insulation, and the first sign of it is usually corrosion on the pipe underneath.

What we install#

• Fabricated fittings: bends, tees, valve boxes, reducers, end caps
• Banding, screws and sealant systems selected for the service

Detailing matters more than material#

Most cladding failures are detailing failures, not material failures. Laps facing the wrong way on a vertical run. Terminations that stop short of a support. Screws through the crown of a corrugation instead of the valley. Sealant used to compensate for a joint that was never going to shed water on its own.

We fabricate fittings to suit the actual geometry rather than forcing standard parts around it, and we detail terminations so that water is always leaving the system, never entering it.

Appearance is a specification too#

On plant that clients and auditors walk through — pharmaceutical facilities in particular — the finish is part of the deliverable. Consistent lap direction, aligned banding, and clean penetrations are not decoration; they are the visible evidence that the work underneath was done to the same standard.
