Work at MAGWHIRL#

Our work happens in refineries, power stations, pharmaceutical plants, hospitals and institutional kitchens — usually while those facilities are still operating. That makes it demanding, and it makes the people who are good at it valuable.

What we look for#

People who check. The difference between a good insulation crew and an average one is not speed, it is whether someone verified the vapour barrier before the cladding went on.

People who plan around constraints. A permit, an isolation window or an infection-control barrier is not an obstacle to the job. It is part of it.

People who write things down. The record we hand over is part of the deliverable. If it was not documented, from the client's point of view it was not done.

Speculative applications#

We do not always have a vacancy posted, but we are consistently interested in hearing from experienced insulation supervisors, fabrication and welding personnel, QA/QC engineers and project engineers.
